Workshops, Consulting and Presentation of Dr. Ryan Smith

Professor Smith has conducted dozens of workshops on the topic of Managing Workplace Diversity. Such workshops have been attended by managers, supervisors, and employees from public and private companies as diverse as AT&T, Prudential, New Jersey State Police, North Jersey Media Group, Delaware Port Authority, New Jersey Department of Corrections, Quest Diagnostics, Monmouth Co. Division of Social Services, to name a few. In addition, Dr. Smith has advised Bristol Myers Squibb, Rhodia Inc., Maher Terminals, Municipal Department Heads for the City of Trenton, and the Police, Fire, and Public Works departments for the City of Englewood on organizational policy and diversity management.
